Our mission is to advocate legislative awareness and involvement, facilitate professional growth, and provide leadership development opportunities to licensed providers of financial products and services.

To fulfill this mission, NAIFA Illinois develops programs to achieve general objectives in the areas of Government Relations and Advocacy, Communications, Education, Ethical Conduct, Member Services, Public Relations, Community Service, and Alliances with other related organizations.

We shall strive to become the premier professional association for insurance and financial advisors in Illinois!

arrow Strategic Plan Objectives
1. We will increase IFAPAC Century Club ($100 annually) participation to 25% of membership. We will also maintain a strong lobbying effort and increase APIC participation.

2. We will provide resources for professional growth through education, motivation and sales training.

3. We will promote, recruit and improve local and state leadership development.

4. We will provide timely communication using the latest technology.

5. We will maintain a state-of-the-art, self-funded, web site providing continuing education, membership enrollment, industry links, and agent resources.

6. We will reach a membership of 3,500 by establishing a minimum growth in annual membership.

7. We will maintain one year of financial reserves and generate 25% of annual income through non-dues revenue.

8. We will increase public awareness of our association and profession.

arrow Evaluation of the NAIFA Illinois Strategic Plan
The NAIFA Illinois Strategic Plan will be formally reviewed and adjusted annually at a meeting of the Strategic Planning Task Force in the fall of each year.
